1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the Flags Along the Brazos program, operated by Scouts BSA Troop 941 ("Troop 941," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flags Along the Brazos is a community fundraising program in which scouts install and retrieve American flags at subscriber addresses before and after five designated national holidays each year: Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Veterans Day.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are annual and renew on January 1 each year (unless cancelled).
• New subscriptions are prorated based on the number of remaining holidays in the current year.
• Payment is collected securely at time of subscription or renewal.
• By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method each January 1.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time prior to the renewal date through your subscriber dashboard.
• Troop 941 reserves the right to adjust annual pricing with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers.

4. Service Conditions & Eligibility

• Service is available only within Troop 941's designated service area in Fulshear, Texas.
• Addresses must be accessible to scouts on the designated posting and retrieval dates.
• Troop 941 is not responsible for flags that are removed, damaged, or stolen after installation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any address deemed unsafe for scouts.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued on a prorated basis for unused holidays at the discretion of Troop 941 leadership. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at fulshearflagst941@gmail.com.

6. Donations

Donations made through this site are voluntary contributions to Scouts BSA Troop 941, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are non-refundable unless made in error. You will receive a donation confirmation for your records.

7. Referral Program

Subscribers who refer new participants may receive bonus holiday credits at Troop 941's discretion. Bonus credits have no cash value. Troop 941 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scouts BSA Troop 941 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of this website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fort Bend County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
