Please follow the below steps to renew flags subscription

STEP 1: On the Home Page, click on “Reset password” under “Existing Customers” (If you have already reset your password on this site, go to STEP 2)

  •  Enter your email address as username (the one we’ve used to contact you before)
  •  You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.  

STEP 2: On the Home Page, click on “Sign On” under “Existing Customers” to login to your account using your email username and the password you set. You will be  automatically navigated to Customer Dashboard if not,  please click “My Account” on top right corner of the page to find Customer Dashboard link. 

STEP 3: On the Customer Dashboard, click “view” on “My Subscriptions”

  • To keep your subscription, click on “Renew”
  • To add flags to your subscription, renew your subscription first, then return to this page to click on “Add Flags”
  • To reduce flags in your subscription, click on “Reduce Flags”, then return to this page to click on “Renew”
  • To cancel your subscription, click on “Cancel Subscription”
  • Click on “Pay”. Payment is made online by credit or debit card using PayPal, a very secure payment processing site. Note that we do not store any credit card or debit card details as the payment is processed not on our site, but on PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to process your payment.

Please be aware that your subscription is not renewed until payment is completed. If you need to leave the site before completing the payment, you can return to the “Renew Subscription” page, then click on “Pay” to complete your payment. If you experience any problems with the renewal process, click on “Contact Us” to send us a message and we will respond with assistance.

Follow the below steps to reset you password

STEP 1: On the Home Page, click on “Rester Password” under “Existing Customers”.

STEP 2: You will be receive an email with a link to reset password.

If you do not see email to reset password in your Inbox, please check Spam and Junk folders.

If you experience any problems with the password reset process, click on “Contact Us” to send us a message and we will respond with assistance.

Follow the below steps to add more flags to your subscription

STEP 1: On the Home Page, click on “Sign On” under “Existing Customers” to login to your account using your email username and the password you set.

STEP 2: You will be automatically navigated to Customer Dashboard if not, you can find Customer Dashboard under “My Account” menu at top right corner of the home page.

  • Click “Add Flags”
  • Confirm your address
  • Select number of additional Flags
  • Click on “Pay”. Payment is made online by credit or debit card using PayPal, a very secure payment processing site. Note that we do not store any credit card or debit card details as the payment is processed not on our site, but on PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to process your payment.
